Anuradha is a 1960 movie directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee with story by Sachin Bhowmic k and screenplay and dialogues by Rajinder Singh Bed i. The story based roughly on the novel Madame Bovary by Gustav Flaubert. Directed by Raj Chakraborty. With Rahul Banerjee, Aritro Dutta Banik, Tamal Ray Chowdhury, Dev. Chirodini Tumi Je Amar tells the story of a rich, pampered young girl, Pallavi who falls in love with a motor mechanic, Krishna.
Satta (English: Power) is a 2003 Indian political drama film co-written and directed by Madhur Bhandarkar. It stars Raveena Tandon in the lead role and Atul Kulkarni, Govind Namdev and Sameer Dharmadhikari appear in the supporting roles.[1] The film narrates the story of a persecuted wife of an greedy politician who takes on his role after he lands up in jail because of murder charges.[2] Released on 7 February 2003, Satta received critical acclaim upon release and is considered one of the best performances of Tandon.[3][4] The film was released on the same day as Khushi, Baaz: A Bird in Danger and Kash Aap Hamare Hote.[5]

Plot[edit]
Anuradha Sehgal (Raveena Tandon) re-locates to Mumbai, finds employment, meets and weds Delhi's aspiring Chief Minister, Vivek Chauhan (Sameer Dharmadhikari). She soon finds out that Vivek is a womanizer and an alcoholic. She then faces physical abuse. Vivek is arrested for murder and is jailed. The Chauhan family persuade her to stand for elections in her husband's place, which she does. She then witnesses the nexus between the underworld, businessmen, corrupt policemen and politicians.

Reception[edit]
Satta opened to generally positive reviews. Deepa Gumaste of Rediff.com wrote: 'Raveena Tandon has obviously landed the role of a lifetime and she makes the most of it. She portrays the firebrand Anuradha with the kind of passion you wouldn't have expected from the heroine who once danced to the tune of Tu cheez badi hai mast.'[6]Taran Adarsh in his review wrote: 'Raveena Tandon delivers a bravura performance. The actress takes giant strides as a performer, giving the right touches to her character. Here's a performance that's bound to be noticed.'[7]Komal Nahta in a less favourable review wrote: 'On the whole, Satta is a non-starter. Pretending to be an intellectual film, it would not even appeal to the intelligentsia because it offers nothing new.'[8]

Sweater is a Bengali family drama film directed by Shieladitya Moulik[2] and produced by PSS Entertainments, P&P Entertainment and Pramod Films.[3] This film was released on 29 March 2019.[4]Anindya Chattopadhyay and Ranajoy Bhattacharjee are the music directors of the movie.[5]
Plot[edit]
The film revolves around Tuku, a simple girl whose parents are worried because she doesn't have any qualities and not getting married. But her sister is a smart and talented girl. Many families came to see Tuku but each time she was rejected. She has an ongoing affair with Pablo, a rock star who is not willing to commit fully yet. Her rebellious sister is also in a relationship with a boy called Akash and regularly gets gifts from him, but refuses to let him know that she is interested in him so that he would chase her. One day a family comes to see Tuku. But before the marriage her would be mother-in-law places a condition on her that she has to be an expert in knitting. Eventually she goes to her aunt's house to learn this art. There she meets Shamyo, a violin player. In spite of being a cancer patient, his optimism towards life inspires Tuku a lot and transforms her into a confident and new person. On the other hand, though Akash is invited to her home, he refuses to marry her sister as he had realised that Tuku's sister had only used him for a give and take relationship. When Tuku returns to her home, she refuses her marriage proposal and pays back Pablo as well for the cutlets he used to feed her for two years.[6][7][8]
